In the heart of the British Museum, amidst the timeless stone and vibrant artifacts, Sylviane Snare, a seasoned guide with a passion for both art and history, encounters a young man named Riku Saruya. An exchange student from Japan, Riku is captivated by a single sculpture-Henry Moore's Reclining Figure and Red Rocks. Unlike any visitor Sylviane has encountered before, Riku is drawn into the piece with an intensity bordering on obsession. His gaze lingers, not just appreciating the work but seemingly searching for something deeper, something inexplicable that calls to him. As Sylviane attempts to engage him in conversation, she uncovers that Riku's connection to the sculpture runs far deeper than mere admiration. His words suggest a strange resonance between the piece and something inside him, an unspoken tension that neither of them fully understands. Though the moment starts as an ordinary interaction between a museum guide and a visitor, Sylviane senses that this encounter is the beginning of something extraordinary.

Jill and her younger brother, Nicholas, arrive at their Aunt Bee's isolated house for a week-long visit. Jill, at 17, is reluctant to spend time at the house, especially because Aunt Bee is distant and unfriendly. Meanwhile, Nicholas, a 14-year-old adventurer at heart, is full of excitement and curiosity about their surroundings. Aunt Bee is nowhere to be found in the house, leaving the siblings to explore the eerie, creaky old building alone. Inside, the house feels strange and unsettling, with odd trinkets and dusty rooms that don't seem to belong. Jill is skeptical, but Nicholas remains optimistic and eager for any adventure. As evening falls, Nicholas convinces Jill to venture into the dark woods behind the house. The forest is dense, and Jill feels an uneasy sense of being watched, but Nicholas is drawn to the mysterious blue lights he spots in the distance. The lights seem to move and flicker, almost as if alive. Initially, Jill is reluctant, but she follows her brother as he leads the way into the woods. The lights seem to call to them, guiding them deeper into the forest. When they reach a clearing, the lights suddenly disappear, leaving them in total darkness. Nicholas is determined to follow the lights further, believing they are leading them to something important. Despite Jill's growing anxiety, she follows him into the unknown, sensing that they've stumbled onto something much more magical-and dangerous-than they could have ever expected.
