If one wants to mix up a bunch of quirks a child is the best option as their growth will help their body accept the change better. WHAT is better for these kinds of experiments are quirkless children! As an official research facility their sole purpose was to find out about quirk development but what people didn't know was that they were trying to create people with multiple quirk. A lot of quirkless children went missing without a trace and no one ever found them. No child ever escaped the facility but one and that was Izuku Midoriya. He knew exactly who this facility belong too and what they were doing here. The project he goes under was called Project Nomu and he also knew certain information about Project Chimera! Now what will the hero commission do when everything is found out? What will happen to Izuku and who will be the one carrying for the sweet little child? Well find out yourself! Himiko Toga has always been a dangerous villain but also very tricky. every time the heroes thought they were going to corner her, she will suddenly disappear without a trace. but one day as she was pursued by the heroes that were hot on her trail, where she then had to use her quirk which transformed her into a small blonde cat. doing this she ran even faster and soon reached a chain fence which she began squeezing through. but squeezing her way through, her back leg gets cut but was still able to escape the hero. after her escape she soon ran into Izuku Midoriya who noticed the cut on her leg and decides to take her back home to patch her wound. Little did he know he was bringing home a villain.
