Luffy is the third prince of the Pirate Kingdom. Lock inside his kingdom, he always dreams to explore the world. One day, a word from his father snatches the least of hope of his dream even his freedom. As the sign of treaty, Luffy has to marry their rivalry country's King who is infamous with the nickname "Cold blood demon". Well, Luffy won't obey his Father's word so easily, though... Thought this was an interesting concept and couldn't find any good fanfiction, except for one that got discontinued, this is inspired after that. Fanfiction is inspired from "When the Tides Come In" by Dio Warwhal. Characters and settings belong to Eiichiro Oda. There will be no romance. This is an after-canon fic. I'll refer to marine Luffy ace M. Luffy or Marine Luffy, and pirate Luffy as P. Luffy or Pirate Luffy.
