From being exposed to a strange chemical, Deku begin to slowly change into someone completely different than himself, who is far more twisted than any living person alive and comedy in people suffering.

Izuku finds out Uraraka is cheating on him with Bakugo and he goes insane since his mother died by cancer and can't handle the world so he goes insane and becomes the clown prince of crime

Deku is abandoned because of his vampire quirk, and then taken in by Overhaul himself.
