Starting a new group as already successful idols shouldn't be nerve racking to any of them. But it's the concept around the group that makes this different.
Two wildly popular groups; Stay Kids and Levelup, combining to make a permanent collab-unit separate from their respective bands. This new group is its own entity, with its own vibe and sound, and it starts taking over the Kpop world almost immediately.
Mira and Chan are chosen to co-lead, something they have no problem doing as the leaders of their own groups, and longtime best friends since their trainee days. Maybe it's caused by suddenly being around her all the time, for the first time since pre debut, but Chan is beginning to struggle with growing feelings for her.
She has been clear; she won't date any more idols, not after what happened last time. Plus, what would he do with himself if he risked ruining their friendship and their new group's livelihood and she didn't reciprocate?
She's set a boundary, and who would he be to cross it? He'd decided when the feelings first started that he would never act on them, and he still agrees with the sentiment, but why does it have to hurt so badly?
