Once upon a time there was a tale not as old as time, a weirdly modern take of the fairytale on the beloved classic inspired by Beauty and the Beast. Oriel Harthorn had been cursed to become a monster. Being a prince no more, he had to find a way to break the curse. There was no such thing as true love like what was told in storybooks. For who could ever love such a hideous creature? In this version, there is no princess. Mei Arabella saw herself as more of a beast than a beauty. Would it be possible for her to be the one to help the beast? And can the enchantress who cast the spell be trusted? Who's to say that witch was really a friend or foe?
