Ladybug and Chat Noir have been battling against Hawkmoth for years, but have yet to defeat him. "Ah...ha... Where am I?" Ladybug looked around. It was dark, total darkness. She then looked down her feet, and gasped. She was de-transforming... "Hello Ladybug," a voice said. "Oh, turns out the girl behind the Ladybug mask is none other than our own very clumsy Marinette." Ladybug realized the voice quickly. Suddenly there was light, and she was face to face with Lila. "Lila! Where am I?! What's going on?!" "Ladybug, or should I say, Marinette. I'm here to teach you that being on Hawk Moth's side is the best side to be on. He's the good guy. He can help you, and me!" "But I don't need help!" Marinette yelled, realizing that she was tied up. "Hawk Moth is the bad guy, believe it or not!" "Oh Marinette, I knew you would say something like that," Lila chuckled. "Which is why I'm here to change you." "What are you going to do?!" "Oh Marinette. If I told you, in less than a few hours, you wouldn't even remember," Lila laughed. "What... What does that mean?!" "Just sit and relax. I'm here to change you!" ----- When Lila captures Ladybug and tramples with her memory, Marinette is left to think that Lila and Hawk Moth are the good guy. She's filled with lies, but she doesn't know that. Adrien/Chat Noir refuses to give up on changing Marinette back the way she was. Even if it means he has to give up his life for her... Marinette gets akumatized but no one knows until all hell breaks loose. Her pink and cheerful style goes to black and badass. She blocks out all her friends when they try and get close with her but none of them back away for good. Ladybug of course disappears in this mess and Paris, especially Chat Noir, need her back to help fight the new villian. But what they don't know is that Ladybug IS the villian. "Why can't you tell me?" Cat Noir clutched her arm. "You know why Kitty," Ladybug tried to break away, but his grasp was too tight, "Cat, I'm going to change back!" she struggled against his grip. He just looked at her with tears swelling in his eyes. "I know," he held her tighter. Ladybug and Cat Noir are now 18 and still don't know who each other are. Saving Paris is one thing, but saving their own lives are another. Emotions have changed and so have times. Hawkmoth is still a mystery and so is everything else.
