La torre X el lugar donde las estrellas más brillantes muestran sus talento y se convierten en super novas, donde se convierten en leyendas vivientes. Bird Kazami es un chico que llegó a ciudad X con todo aquel concepto realización plasmado en su cabeza y a manos de sus mejores amigos con quienes a pasado la mitad de su vida sin embargo las cosas se complican y estos terminan abandonadole en medio de la enorme ciudad. Bird solo puede sacar el lado bueno de ese día o al menos trata de hacer ya que ese mismo dia conoció a un hombre que le extendió la mano y le ayudó a ponerse de pié.
