Earth Eleven have returned to Earth after successfully winning the Grand Celesta Galaxy and saving the galaxy. Things finally appear to be going back to normal. That is until new visitors arrive with malicious intentions. Inazuma Eleven belongs to Level-5.

The timeline has been messed with. Protocol Omega has kidnapped footballers from the present and future and sent them to different parts of history, scattering them. Zanark and Wonderbot, an unlikely duo from the future come to the present to create the ultimate team. Acting as their coaches, they unleash this new team's secret power. Fighting Spirits become the key to fighting the time travelling tyrants. Wonderbot also brings his mixi max maxhine, creating key fusions for the players to create an unstoppable team. Can this football team save those who have been scattered across history? Is it possible to stop Protocol omega before it's too late. It didn't take long, Japanese football had been flipped in a day. A group has emerged from seemingly nowhere and are destroying the football everyone once loved. Players from this group hold immense power and can destroy anything, they destroy schools, hopes, dreams. Nothing escapes their power But one boy doesn't let that stop him. He creates a football club against his Principle's wishes and is immediately confronted by one of these players. Seeing the immense power firsthand still doesn't shake him, Liquid stands tall.
