After all the events during The Vacation- Trouble In Paradise, a year has passed and The Watterson family has only grown closer. Gumball is watching his children grow up so fast, and in the space of a year, his children, Tristan and Penelope, have grown so much. He still has his loving wife by his side, he and his brother Darwin have grown closer over the events last two years, and as a result, both of their children now have close bonds to their uncles. Meanwhile, Anais is coming home to Elmore at last after spending 6 months away conducting her research for whatever it was she does (no one else in the family really understands!) and a some time with all the family together will be just what she needs after being gone so long. Now another Christmas is on the horizon, and, not that anyone knows it, but it will be one to remember... This is a tribute story to @SpartaofGreece who is the author of my favourite TAWOG fanfic series "The Vacation" and I wanted to make this as a small Christmas special (and if Sparta wants to use it as a prequel for The Vacation 3 if a third one comes out, then feel free!) This is my take on the premise of ImaginationStudios8's original story Franken Darball AU, a fanfiction tale of The Amazing World of Gumball. After Gumball's tragic death, Darwin is devastated. When he's approached by someone (something?) who claims to know a way to bring his brother back to life, Darwin decides he has to do anything he can if it means that Gumball will be alive again... Anything? Meanwhile, Gumball is trying to get used to death. Luckily, his ghostly friend Carrie is there to teach him the intricacies and laws of the world of spirits. However, Gumball never was very good at following the rules...

Rob kidnaps Banana Barbara for her power of painting the future, and Gumball shows up to stop him. But Rob goes a little too far, and he's scared of the consequences.
