Only her adoptive parents know. She's done a really good job at hiding it. Until she bumps into Keefe at the hospital. Not being able to come up with a good excuse he discovers her secret. Telling him to keep it a secret he agrees. From then on Keefe decides he is going to spend every moment with her. Will Sophie be able to fighter her disease and be able to live a happy life with Keefe? Or will it turn into a sad ending for the two lovers?
