Aimer DeCœur is a 12 year old rhubarb from the urban city of Bumblyburg, a town inhabited by talking vegetables. She and her family are immigrants from Canada (thus making her bilingual, being able to speak French and English), and she attends Bumblyburg Middle School as one of the 6th graders. However, Aimer isn't like most girls her age, as she's always had a passion for the town's hero - The plunger-headed hero known as LarryBoy. Ever since she first heard about him at the age of 6, she yearned to meet him and maybe work alongside him to fight crime. It has been 2 years since the fabled interdimensional dream demon known as Bill Cipher had been banished from the town of Gravity Falls. The town is just about done repairing itself from Weirdmageddon, the Pines twins are now going on 15, and everybody is happy... Well, everybody except for one - A peculiar little girl named Serenity. Serenity herself is a young girl with a pure heart and a big imagination. She was raised by her single mother and has always wondered about what is beyond the physical world. She was especially curious about Bill Cipher. She often drew pictures of him and wanted to summon him to have a chance to interact with him, but she was scared her mother would punish her. Nobody understood how she felt about Bill, so she kept it to herself. When she learned what happened to him, she was very sad and would sing a sad little song at her window every night, thinking Bill was gone for good.
