I spun, and as I returned to face him, he reached out to take hold of my hand, pulling it up towards the ceiling and rocking us back and forth- taking control of my movement to glide with him. "And yet," he twirled me, pulling me into his arms with my back resting against his chest once more. "You still dance for me." He turned me by my waist and reached up to hold my face. Three who lost something precious. One their mind, one their faith, and one their body. Each died to themselves, reborn as monsters. Such beautiful-ugly little monsters... and they can never go back to the innocence they lost. Because that's what Wake does. They strip you until you are raw. Remake you into who they can use.
