I was the 6th-grade "slut." And I kept a diary. So I decided to create The UnSlut Project in the hopes that my own diary entries could provide some perspective to girls who currently feel trapped and ashamed. I am publishing these entries one at a time, without changing a single word except for the names of the people involved. My limited commentary, which is confined to brackets in each entry, is meant to provide the relief of my current perspective, fifteen years later. The UnSlut Project: Working to undo the dangerous slut shaming in our schools, communities, media, and culture by sharing knowledge and experiences.

#6 Spiritual. Wattpad Featured. The battle for life and the winning of love, from World War 1 to the Millennium. A collection of (very) short real life stories and one or two poems. 'Waiting for Fred Astaire,' 'No Child of Mine,' and other memories were given to me by wonderful women and men who taught me everything that matters to me now. They told and retold, telling without saying, until I began to understand. The lesson never ends. I remember, and loving them, learn still. Thank you so much for reading. Your comments and thoughts are so welcome and such a great help. As I got older I simply thought these memories would die with me. I can't believe they are now being read in over 90 countries! It is really amazing. Thank you again :))) Keep in touch. Follow for more news and stories. I'll put the kettle on. Come back soon:) © @RosyCarmelina all rights reserved. I found the beautiful cover picture on the wiki creative commons page which feels just like the right mood for the love that cooks these stories. “My sister passed away over a month ago. The last time I saw her was yesterday.” When eighteen-year-old Reese Washington dies of an undetected heart defect, she leaves a bucket list behind: ten things, all incomplete, detailing the stuff she never got to do. Struggling with her grief, Reese’s twin sister, Callie, sees no other option but to set out to complete what she had planned; she’s determined to finish the list, however slowly, on behalf of the person who made it. The ultimate tribute to her sister. Reaching the end is something Callie’s always been counting on. Finding help in the form of Mitchell Hunt, the candid editor of the school newspaper who's way too keen on sharing, certainly isn’t. Then again, neither is the unexplained psychic connection between her and Reese. Think twin telepathy, and then think again.
