"I love you, Bils. I've always loved you," Mukhtar said, his voice low, desperate. "I'm sorry for running away sorry for how things ended between us. Please... just give me a chance to prove myself." He looked at her like she was his last prayer. Bilkisu bit her lip, torn between the ache of remembering and the need to protect what was left of her pride. "Mukhtar?" she said softly, then her eyes hardened. "No." He was her almost. Her what-if. Her once-upon-a-time. And then he disappeared twice. Mukhtar has always known where his loyalty lies: with his family, his culture. But when it comes to Bilkisu his cousin and first love the lines between honor and desire blur. A year ago, they shared something quiet but real until he ghosted her without explanation. Twice. Now, with another man's proposal on the table and pressure mounting, Bilkisu must decide: will she marry for duty, or risk everything for a love that's never been allowed to breathe? But Mukhtar isn't the same man who walked away. And Bilkisu isn't the girl who waited. Set against the backdrop of tradition, expectations, and the sacrifices made in silence, Bound by Honor explores whether love can still bloom in the soil of restraint and what happens when two hearts, bound by everything but time, finally speak.

Muhammad thought of Madeenah as a child, younger than his baby sister, although way more mature. She seemed to have created a bond with his daughter and that was all that came to his mind about her. Not her smooth caramel skin, or her captivating light brown eyes and neither did her sweet voice do it for him. Madeenah thought of Ya Muhammad as an arrogant and stoic person but a really good father. In truth she was terrified of him. She hated the way he would look at her, as though she was less important than him. She hated the way he never spoke unless he needed to. She hated the way his voice washed over her, making her shiver. She hated his height and how it made him tower over her small frame. She hated him but she just couldn't stop thinking about him. So what happens when the two end up being brought together by an unusual arrangement . He's older, she's younger. He has a daughter and she has barely begun life. Will he let go of the past and try to find happiness or will he drag her down with him? --------------------------------------- "Let's get married." He says with such a straight face that I feel stupid as I chuckle. "What did you just say?" I ask in disbelief. "You heard me Madeenah." He says in a gravelly tone. "Why would you want to marry me?" I shake my head. "You don't like me." "I like you well enough to be married to you." His broad shoulders shrug in his familiar black suit. What is going on with him? And what have I gotten myself into?

"A marriage neither of them chose. A chemistry they can't ignore. And a fate neither of them can escape." "You're avoiding me." Yusra froze, fingers tightening around the silk scarf. She didn't turn. "I'm not." Fahad scoffed. "You barely look at me. You barely speak to me." "Maybe there's nothing to say." He stepped closer, his voice low. "You've been acting like I don't exist since the conveyance. If you have a problem, say it." Yusra turned, chin lifted. "Why would I? It's not like you care." His jaw tightened. "You think I don't?" "You don't act like it." Silence. Heavy, charged. Then, before she could move, his fingers brushed hers-a fleeting touch, but enough to send a jolt of heat through her. She inhaled sharply. "You think I don't care? Since when?" His voice was rough, edged with something dangerous. He leaned in, forcing her to look up. "Then tell me why you're shaking." She wasn't. At least, she didn't think she was. But now, with his touch lingering, she wasn't so sure. Fahad's gaze flickered to her parted lips before he pulled back, his restraint like a thread about to snap. "You don't want me to care, Yusra," he murmured. "Because if I do, neither of us will be able to stop what happens next." And just like that, he walked away-leaving her breathless, rattled, and desperate to understand why she suddenly wanted him to turn back.

Ducking away, she ran out of Hajia's living room with a loving smile on her lips. She banged her head on a broad chest that gave her a souvenir of a scent, just as juicy as her husband's. She knew he was the one, her Twin kept to his words. Not looking up to his face, she wrapped her hands around his waist and nuzzled her face deep into his chest, chuckling. "I missed you so much, Hassan. I was just moving in that kitchen fah, but your thoughts were a second away from making me crazy!" She lifted up her legs and planted a smooch on his left cheek. Roughly, she was peeled off his chest and a certain longing of his warmth seeped within her. That was bad. What happened to him? He left looking all loving, had she done something wrong? She looked into his eye level, lifting her face completely because of their height different. This is her husband, but why the hard face and the frown? Is this a frank? He didn't missed her? Or was he pulling her legs? Nadia's thoughts were put into a halt when he opened his mouth, he sounded exactly as her husband would, just the words differed. "I'm Hussain!" It was her husband's twin! Not even a single mark was there on their faces to help her differ between the cheerful Hassan and a grumpy Hussain. She felt her limbs gone weak as he walked past her. • What would happen when Nadia keeps mistaking her husband for her Husband's twin? I'm loving this much! I'm sure you would too!
