Semolina Smallburrows of Sandydowns is not your ordinary hobbit. She is only half. The other half is of elvish blood. An old romance between Semolina's mother and father led to her creation, and here she is. She has always lived with her mother in The Shire, but when her immortal father suddenly comes and claims her, she travels past boarders she has never known before ending the travel in Rivendell. Life there is certainly not bad, yet she does not stay for long, for Frodo Baggins is to lead The One Ring to Mordor and he needs a fellowship. Always wanting to have a taste of adventure, Semolina signs up for it straight away, and that is where the biggest journey begins. Can she survive the tough times of war? Does she truly belong amongst the elves? Or the hobbits? And how about the feelings she develops for Legolas Greenleaf, the handsome elf prince? Ashley is the standard issue of an anti-social, unimportant teenage girl. That is, until one day she wakes up in the middle of nowhere, the size of a toddler, with freaking amazing hair, somehow as an elf(ling) and with no idea how to get home. And the last, I repeat last, thing she needs is to be found by a certain company of dwarves, ironically after a certain group of goblins, and get involved in a stupid conflict. Sure she would love to help out, but did she mention everyone is a complete idiot?!? She may have loved the hobbit book, but in this weird world that cant seem to decide if its that or the movie she just needs a break, and somebody to invent pizza already. Can she ever return home, and the bigger question, will she want too? A secrete past will be revealed, and friends new and old shall appear. Last, but not least, damn the stupid Valar! This is a second attempt at this story, and is set in a cross between the hobbit movies and books. Spoilers for all things Tolkien and some curses and violence. First book, so any comments or advice would be welcome + plus like me and I will love you forever.

Could the Prophecy be true? Could this girl be the savior they have all been waiting for? Amee or Neuriel as they call her, is a unique Dwarf girl raised by the elves of Rivendell, who joins Gandalf The Grey on the journey to help the King take back Erebor.
