They did everything together and were in every class. but once they got to high school they grew apart, even tho they live next door. Thor became the Football cornerback and popular, and Loki became a nerd, straight A student, and got bullied a lot. Can Thor help his best friend and love of his life before he loses him? or will Loki put a end of his miserable life?

During the events of The Avengers, Thor realizes that something isn't right with Loki. He tries his best to help figure out what that is before he has to return his brother to Asgard to face justice for crimes Thor isn't fully convinced were Loki's idea.

This AU takes place after the battle of New York. Loki is punished to stay at his cell until his last breath. But what will happen if Frigga found out that wasn't the only thing he was punished with. After his death-defying stunt in Svartalfheim, Loki is pardoned for his crimes and given a chance to return to Midgard and help the Avengers find his scepter. His only goal is to get out of Asgard and he certainly has no desire to make friends, but there's something about the Black Widow... Steve's had an interesting time adjusting to the 21st century, but it's been a bit easier since the Invasion of New York. If it was good for one thing, it was that it introduced him to Natasha Romanoff, his best friend (whom he sorta-kinda made out with on a mall escalator and whom he would very much like to do that again with). Needless to say, Loki and Steve don't exactly click.

Takes place after the first Avengers movie, then goes AU. If Odin truly sees Thor and Loki as equal, they ought to face equal punishment for equal crime. Thors suggestion is granted and Loki is stripped of his powers as he banished to midgard where he has to either proof himself worthy or spend the rest of his life on earth without any special powers. Loki though is not so easily broken. He might not have magic nor supernatural strenght. But he still has his wits, his gift of deception, his knowledge and basic skills as a fighter. And he is not ready to just lay down and admit defeat. He is ready to do what it takes to rise ones again and handle the incoming threat from the void.
