Dr Fahad is the opposite from his immature little brother. he's kind, compassionate, caring. everything that his younger bhai is not. She faces hate from her In Laws, but Dr Fahad, he helps her gain confidence, and helps her follow her dreams, but will she, even after all the hardships?
