He is trapped in this twisted world with terrifying versions of himself, his brother Sun, and Eclipse. He must survive for as long as he can find a way out, and get back to his family. He meets three other survivors there, Cyrus, Terra and Elio. Will he ever make it out, and help the others find their ways back to their dimensions too? After all the trauma and stuff Sun has gone through he finally snaps and goes mad.

This takes place when Solar died and Nexus (otherwise known as Moon in this story) desperately wanted him back. Moon tried every way he could to bring him back and nothing worked. Monty suggested using magic, Moon thought about it for a while before agreeing. He did the spell and Solar was brought back, but... he was different... He wasn't the same. His jaw... It was a little unhinged and his eyes... Oh his pupils were slit, his eyes glowed orange. First he got Ruin... Then Ruin got Monty... Puppet, Foxy, and FC all left to the dimension Eclipse was gonna go to. Eclipse only stayed behind for Earth. Earth wasn't doing well, because her boyfriend got infected. But! Enough of this explanation. Read this or don't. I'm just doing this for fun.

This is my take on the premise of ImaginationStudios8's original story Franken Darball AU, a fanfiction tale of The Amazing World of Gumball. After Gumball's tragic death, Darwin is devastated. When he's approached by someone (something?) who claims to know a way to bring his brother back to life, Darwin decides he has to do anything he can if it means that Gumball will be alive again... Anything? Meanwhile, Gumball is trying to get used to death. Luckily, his ghostly friend Carrie is there to teach him the intricacies and laws of the world of spirits. However, Gumball never was very good at following the rules...

Darwin doesn't have a lot of one-on-one moments with his family aside from Gumball in the show, does he? Well, let's change that. A one-shot for him and each main Watterson.
