The new recruits finally arrive, but one takes an interest in Izuku. And while he denies it, he's interested too. Hopefully the two can come to an understanding of one another. (Izuku remembers his time meeting and getting to know Himiko.)

Trapped in this new world Izuku Midoriya set off to explore the unknown with a burring desire to try and live up to his dream of becoming a hero even if it meant being a hero in a completely different world! However, unlike the novels and manga back on his world where the main character was blessed with the help of a god or extreme magical powers, he only had his body, his mind, and his suppressed quirk to give him strength in this foreign world! This is the story of the Lost Emerald Soul. [No images are mine and full credit to them.] [I don't own MHA nor images used.]

Things aren't always as simple as they seem. Just because he found himself in a new world, Naruto shouldn't have forgotten this. Now he must deal with angels, fallen angels, devils, perverts, and gods, all while maintaining a relationship and running his store. Things can never be simple for him.

After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn't quite sure there's anything left for him to live for, but...he can't exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. So, when he realizes that the quirkless can't technically be vigilantes, it seems like the best of both worlds. He'll be able to save people even without being a hero and, if he happens to die while he's at it...well, like Kacchan said, maybe he'd be born with a quirk in the next life. NOT MY STORY! cover art by me back when ai used to be cool In another life, Izuku Midoriya was just a Quirkless boy walking home from school. But fate had other plans. A clash between a villain and a hero ripped open reality itself-casting him into the World Between Worlds, a timeless, lightless void beyond comprehension. Trapped for what felt like eons, with only a single notebook and his unraveling sanity, Izuku did the unthinkable: he adapted. He molded the darkness. Became it. And it became him. When he finally returns, six years have passed for the world-but for him, it's been lifetimes. What steps out of the rift isn't the same boy. He's a creature of shadows and whispers, a survivor of the void. And he remembers everything. The world thinks it moved on without him. It's about to learn the void never lets go.
