Flamewalker is fire-proof but he wishes he could find some other way to impress Skyspin. Cloudjumper doesn't want to be bothered by these young upstarts, but she deals with them anyway. Toothless just wants to find another night-fury, preferably a possible mate. Arctic has always wanted to find a male night-fury, but will she? Raindancer has a horrible temper, and Skyspin has made her furious, but will she be able to forgive when her life is saved by Skyspin? These are just some of the characters in this book. When a young teenager grows a pair of wings and a tail, he is given the remarkable ability to transform between a nightfury, and a human. And after a few days of, he can morph between nightfury and human completely. When he finds out how his parents might have actually left, he goes off on a trip to search for the truth, only to land on an island of unknown origin. And boy is it icy. When Kaz returns home for a ghost-like visit, he gets his other side spotted during a rescue, he immediately decides to go on the run, leaving those he loved back in Lakeshore. Never to return. Or will he?

I was watching httyd 2 and I noticed something. A little girl in Gift of the Night Fury also appears in httyd 2. Some people have seen this but I have a little more to add to it to make it a theory. This theory does involve Eret. If you have read some of my stuff you know he plays a big part in some of the stories. So if you're getting tired of him don't read this if you don't want to. Helen has always been left out, from everything, the other teenagers ignoring her as though she was not even there, but now they have dragons, Helen dreams of becoming a rider, just like them, but with no-one trusting her abilities Helen leaves, on what she thought would be a simple sailing trip, but becomes much, much more. When Helen finds a half starved dragon trapped in a glacier, she must act, taking the dragon back to Berk, but will the others finally accept her, now she has found one of the most dangerous and powerful dragons of all time, capable of taking on the Night Fury in a one on one fight? Or will her only friend be destroyed by dark forces? Hi everyone! This is my first fanfiction and I hope that in the future I will be able to write more. The first few chapters are a little slow, but I promise it will get better and more interesting as it goes along. I hope you all enjoy a little insight into my mind.
