Lightbulb wakes up in Hotel OJ to find everything... perfect. Too perfect. Everyone's acting like the best possible versions of themselves - Knife is gentle and soft-spoken, Taco and Pickle are happily together with no tension, and Balloon has completely dropped his desperate people-pleasing act. Even MePhone seems more stable and kind. At first, Lightbulb thinks this is amazing! All the conflict and drama that used to stress her out are gone. But something feels fundamentally wrong. The conversations are too polite, the smiles too consistent, and everyone keeps insisting they've "always been this way." When Lightbulb tries to bring up past arguments or drama, everyone looks at her with genuine confusion. "Lightbulb, why would you think Knife ever threatened anyone?" "Taco would never manipulate people, that's such a mean thing to suggest!" They seem genuinely hurt that she'd imply they were ever anything but perfect. She has to choose: pretend to be the "normal" version of herself that they want, or risk everything to restore her friends' true selves. But the more she fights against the artificial normalcy, the more she questions if maybe being "fixed" wouldn't be so bad after all... Test Tube tried to help him, he really did. But Fan was getting worse with this sickness by the day, and no doctor said they could do anything. In desperation, she gave him the Vial. She still hadn't tested it, and she didn't know if it would work, but nobody else gave enough of a damn to help, so she would have to do it herself. The days after, Fan woke up in a cold sweat all of the time, rather screaming in terror each time he saw Test Tube or being afraid of everything but her. Either way, he was always crying. Test Tube grew curious of what this Vial did, and Fan still wasn't getting better. So she took a dose herself.. and found herself in a world.. of..

15 objects wake up on a seemingly abandoned island, with barley any memories of they're past. There, their "host", a phone, who tells them they're in.... a killing game. Will Paintbrush and the others make it out alive or fall victim to a fellow contestant in this sick game? This is a Danganronpa and Inanimate Insanity crossover. I know that's already been done before (multiple times) but I want to try my hand at it. There will be ships in this, or at least implied ships. Brain damage can drastically change a person. It can turn a kind, outgoing human being, into an rude, arrogant jerk. But can this happen to an artificial intelligence? Can a robot designed to be passive, get so damaged it develops violent tendencies? Mephone does his best to appease Cobs, but it seems his best is never enough. Everything he does brings nothing but disappointment. Usually the punishments for his mediocrity are relatively tame. But one day, in a drunk fit of rage, Cobs goes too far. And the result? Mephone finds himself battling overwhelming, violent desires he's never had before. Overtime they only become more and more irresistible. He struggles not to act on them, but he's only so strong.

I love payjay, a lot! Especially fluffy payjay! So, I decided I'd start writing a short Payjay drabble every day for a month and chuck it at the world, because why not? Buckle up, because it's Payjanuary! - This fic was originally written, chapter by chapter, on AO3! One of my friends suggested dumping it all on Wattpad after it was done sooooo!! :) The oneshots start out super short but get longer as I became a more confident writer.
