This is my attempt at making a quite realistic Destiel fanfiction or how I imagine things would be if Destiel actually became canon in the show. So there might be a slight lack of fluff but you'll survive that, right? Nothing serious occurred, but Dean was required to spend the next few days under observation. While he is spending his time in the hospital of utter boredom, he meets Castiel, a young man the same age as him as a patient of cancer. Forming a quick bond, he begins visiting the boy even when he gets out, but is something more going on?
