If a newborn can win, then why not 𝐚𝐧𝐲 child? Yet he finds himself to be not entirely insane, therefore he decides on the age limit to be 𝟏𝟑-𝟐𝟏, pre-adult years. The VIP's are in awe of the idea, curious to how much more entertainment this may feed their loony souls.
