Taking off after the end of the series, Tsukasa Kadoya, Kamen Rider Decade continues his journey through different worlds along with his friends. However, a strange anomaly occurs within the dimensions, as different worlds are merging one by one. With his mind in set, Tsukasa sets on a new journey to find out who's responsible and stop them before the worlds are destroyed. But in order to do so, he must travel to new worlds and meet new allies along the way.
