This is a continuation of the Netflix show Everything Sucks. This story picks up right where season 1 ended. This story is mainly about Kemaline's relationship but also their friends and family while navigating home life, high school, college, and beyond. While this of course is fanfiction at its core this work is designed to be accurate and realistic as possible for the time. This story has a basis for what things I like or would want to see if the show had continued for more seasons. Don't expect this work too very off the wall. Since there was only 1 season we don't have too much character depth to go off of. As a result, a lot of the characterization is made up. The story is not full of smut and any sex mentioned is of characters who are adults at its time. However, it contains scenes in that readers will have to use their imagination or wish more would have happened. Also, it contains stories like self-harm none of which happen or are described in any great detail. However, to ensure the story is not removed a mature rating has been applied even if the story is not really mature. Finally when reading please understand the following. This is a period piece where all information may not be accurate as I would like. Also since is not meant to be a commercial story to be published please ignore the spelling and grammar mistakes you may find.

Basically since there's not gonna be a season 2 of Everything Sucks (however there may be some hope that a network might take it) and the fact that Kate's story line is probably one of the only interesting plot there is I took it in my own hands to give you the story of this story line that should have continued. Intergalactic Lust was a project which taught many lessons and changed many lives. As a result, Luke receives an unexpected visitor, Kate thrives on the knowledge that the girl she's had a crush on for too long actually likes her back, McQuaid faces life after a heartbreaking discovery and Tyler attempts to find his place at Boring High. This fanfic is set straight after the first season of Everything Sucks! Hopefully it covers everything we long for in season 2, despite the fact that we might not be getting one. This story depicts Kate and Emaline from "Everything Sucks." It is the story I imagined or hoped would happen after season 1. It's my first time writing fan fiction so I apologize in advance!
