Elizabeth "Betty" Jones had been in love with Steve Rogers for as long as she could remember. Steve Rogers was none the wiser. When Steve found himself enlisted and ultimately chosen for a government experiment, he found himself being called a symbol of hope for America. Touring the country as Captain America, he turned to Betty for companionship and comfort. When the tour takes them to Europe, he found himself vying to go to the frontlines.
