Sincere Barlett, a man in his twenties, simply searching for a regular secret security job. His life took an unexpected turn when he came across a strange being he never even knew existed. This meeting took him into a confusing world where nothing seemed real anymore. As Sincere tried to understand this new situation, he began to question everything he thought he knew. "I told you about looking down when you being talked to mama." Kaiser spoke more softly than before. In the small time he been around Serenity, he noticed how shy she was. She was so avoidant but alluring. He was interested in her. Seeing how well she was with the kids was just a plus. "Why?" She sighed in frustration before signing. She knew if she started talking she would make a fool of herself. "Why what?" He signed back. "Why do you care? You don't know me." "Not everyone has it out for you. I just wanna know you," Kaiser frowned. He didn't understand why she was so isolated but he wanted to know. She was worth knowing.

𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤 is smart, quiet, shy and beautiful. She joined crystal high sophomore year and soon won the hearts of all teachers with her intelligence. Lost in studies, she doesn't have a care in the world and has made no friends even at the end of the school year. She studies alone and is satisfied with her grades. No one gets under her skin neither does she let someone except that one guy who has made his personal mission to get on her nerves. 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐲 is confident, charming, talented and kind. While being the best player on his basketball team, he also scores the best grades in his classes. Everyone in Crystal High knows and adores him and his caring gestures. When he sees the girl fighting to get good grades, something in him changes, he becomes obsessed with getting under her skin and makes it his mission to unravel her and find what she hides behind her competitive spirit. Since their Senior Year at Crystal High is coming to end, they have challenges to face. While the common challenges stresses them- such as college applications and hopes of getting chosen by their dream college- they come face another problem which brings them closer to work together and help each other out. As the bond between them grows and they come to unravel a part of each other, they end up finding comfort. But the past continues to haunt memories and they find themselves stuck with their thoughts. Six kids in one house, and somehow he still felt invisible. Taye was always working, always stressed, always trying to hold everything together but never really seeing him. The others were the same. Busy. Distant. Like surviving mattered more than anything else. And maybe it did. But that didn't stop it from messing him up. So he learned quick don't ask for anything, don't expect nothing, and don't let nobody get close enough to leave. That's just how he became Kairo. Rude. Distant. Unbothered. Or at least...that's what everybody thought. Now suddenly, things were different. Taye checking on him. Asking questions. Looking at him like he actually mattered. It didn't sit right. "Where was all that before?" Kairo muttered one night, staring up at the ceiling, phone in his hand but not really looking at it. Because care-real care-was something he didn't know how to trust. And that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part...was him. Kairos best friend. The one person who always stayed. Always showed up. Always saw him even when Kairo tried his hardest to push him away. That was the problem. Because Kairo wasn't supposed to feel like this. Not about him.

𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐥 "𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤" 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 was the reason people locked their doors at night; charming, feared, and loyal to a world he'd belong to. What started as something simple turned into something raw, all consuming, and unforgettable. He gave her a taste of danger. She gave him something to protect and want to be better for; but love in their collided worlds doesn't come easy.
