A new group of protesters called the "Equalists" have started rioting in Republic city. A cop named Korra is assigned to the case; she is a great cop but works alone. So, when she is assigned a rookie cop to help her stop the leader of the Equalists. She is sure she won't like her, but is surprised when she starts to fall in love with her!
