Chuuya Nakahara got into an argument with his partner, Osamu Dazai. Now, he's riding his motorbike through Yokohama as a way to cool off. But when he swerves off of the road to avoid hitting two pedestrians and gets knocked out, he wakes up to see two Pro heroes in his hospital room. Chuuya then has to attend a prestigious school despite hardly being able to read, figure out how to get back to the Port Mafia, to apologise to Dazai, and why this old hobo wants to adopt him so badly. Mori, being the leader of port mafia he is, decided to invest in hero society. Of course that was just a front for getting more information. With that he invited the most known hero academia to Yokohama. And who else would he entrust these naive heroes to then his most trusted subordinate, Dazai.

"You will both be undertaking long term stealth missions elsewhere, but you won't be operating together for the most part. Dazai-kun, you've heard of UA high school right?" "Of course I have, it's like the most popular hero school in Japan or something. And now you're going to tell me I have to live my dreams and become a hero." Dazai jokes. The older man makes no sound, and Dazai turns to look at him. "Wait. You're serious?" Mori sighs, "Dazai-kun, you will be infiltrating UA high school and posing as a student there. You've already got experience in stealth training, but it will be a shame to let such a valuable executive go.." ------------- Dazai and Chuuya are sent on missions to infiltrate opposite sides of two parties that Mori has deemed a threat to the mafia, and to simply gather information from both sides. Yokahoma has always been strange. The security around its borders were strict, allowing very little to no people to enter. The dawn of quirks only increased security measures around the border. However due to a little inconvenience, the port mafia boss, Mori Ougai, has no choice other than ask help from the so called 'heroes' with the one condition of sending his 2 young executives, Dazai Osamu and Nakahara Chuuya, to the prestigious hero school UA.
