Y/n's life wasn't always the best. At a young age, his parents abandoned him when he was 10, in a dumpster. At age 17, when he was walking back to his apartment after going home with a job that he didn't even like, He found a hundred-dollar bill on the road. He goes to a bar, meets a cute goth girl who also has issues, and the two begin to bond and develop a relationship until one day he discovers her secret when a imp name bliitzo messes with a spell in the grimore summons y/n by accident after getting fired from his job. Blitzo gives him a job.

Paul, now 17, decides to return to the Hoenn region to capture a Bagon and raise it to be a mighty Salamence. However, he doesn't realize that right after arriving an annoying cretin Coordinator would bump into him right when he's setting off on his new goal. Dawn forcefully worms her way in Paul's plans in her quest to become a better Coordinator and the two struggle to get along. As Paul says, "When one life meets another, something will be born.".... but just what will be born between the two?

Seven years have passed since Dawn parted ways with Ash and Brock, determined to fulfill her dream of becoming a Top Coordinator. After many struggles, she finds herself once again second best and still chasing her dream. Paul has worked hard, creating a team that allowed him to claim victory in several regions' Pokemon Leagues. However, he has yet to fulfill his dream of becoming a Champion. Two people chasing their dreams decide to head to Alola. What will happen when fate decides to allow them to meet?
