Kim Mingyu and Jeon Wonwoo were never meant to get along. In high school, Mingyu was the charming golden Alpha-the popular basketball ace with the world at his feet. Wonwoo was the quiet storm-the top student, the student council president, the one person Mingyu could never outshine. They clashed in the hallways, competed in every class, and pretended not to notice how their dreams secretly aligned. Both wanted to act. Both wanted the world. Neither wanted each other. But one trip after graduation shattered everything they thought they knew. Heat. Rut. A night they never planned... and a bond they never asked for. Wonwoo remembers every second. Mingyu remembers nothing. So Wonwoo disappears-overseas, running from the truth and the Alpha who might destroy him without even knowing why. Two years pass. Mingyu convinces himself Wonwoo left because he hated him-because their rivalry finally snapped the thin thread binding them. But fate doesn't care what they want. When Wonwoo returns to Korea, their company tie them together in a contract marriage neither of them asked for. Enemies. Actors. Fated mates. And now... husbands. Stuck under the same roof, old wounds burn, chemistry sparks like fire catching air, and the secret of that night threatens to tear everything apart-again. Because love was never their problem. Admitting it was.

BOOK #3 He's like a storm-unpredictable and dangerous. I knew he was a sick bastard when he smiled after I hit him the first time. Annoying and obsessive, that's what he is. I sensed it early on, but I didn't realize just how deep it ran until his obsession latched onto me. Until I became the center of his world. Until he started flashing that smug, crooked smile my way. But we can't... we're not supposed to be together. We're polar opposites-existing in the same world, but never meant to collide. Yet, he's ready to tear down everything for me. But it's not that simple. My brothers are monsters. They'll kill him. And still, he doesn't care. ---- Glasses perched on his nose, calm and collected. Exactly my type. I knew he was meant to be mine the moment our eyes locked, that intense gaze pulling me in. And I'll have him, no matter what it takes-by any means necessary, even if it costs me everything. I want to hold him in my arms, kiss him until neither of us can breathe. But why is it so hard? Why does the world push back so fiercely when it comes to him and me? I want him. And I will have him.

If you ask Wonwoo when it all began, he'll tell you it didn't. Because nothing ever began with Mingyu. Mingyu was the kind of person who just... happened. Like summer heat, like loud laughter in quiet places, like falling asleep beside someone and waking up already missing them. They'd known each other since they were kids , since scraped knees and chasing fireflies, since "go away" meant "stay closer," and Mingyu never listened anyway. Back then, Mingyu was too loud. Too bright. Too much. Wonwoo didn't like loud things. But somehow, he never told Mingyu to be quiet. Not really. They grew up messily, awkwardly, in the way that boys with growing hearts do. Somewhere along the way, Mingyu got taller. Wonwoo got quieter. And love, whatever that was, started threading between them like light through leaves. Soft. Unspoken. Unnoticed. At least, by everyone except Mingyu. This is a story about: A boy who loved too loudly. And another who loved too quietly. It's about friendships that blur and feelings that twist, about secrets too dangerous to speak aloud, and moments that feel like forever even if they aren't. It's about what happens when one of them falls first. And waits for the other to catch up. Even when it hurts. Even when it's too late. This is the story of Wonwoo and Mingyu. Before the blood. Before the chaos. Before goodbye tasted like a kiss neither of them was ready to give. And before love, finally, painfully, made itself known.

Wonwoo had always seen the brighter side of life, had once thrived in love and affection - until life taught him otherwise. Now, at 27, his world revolved around only two things: pursuing his passion as a college professor, and raising his beloved daughter. His life had become a steady routine, spent between grading papers, reading his books, and listening to his daughter's endless chatter about homework. Calm, disciplined, predictable. That is, until a new student arrived in his class. Mingyu - 25, devilishly handsome, effortlessly charming - had come back to college for personal reasons. He never believed in love nor emotions. All he trusted was logic and practicality. From the moment he walked in, he unsettled Wonwoo in ways he couldn't explain. A headache and an escape, all in one. As days passed, their lives began to entwine. Mingyu filled the void in Wonwoo's heart in ways Wonwoo hadn't anticipated; Wonwoo became an anchor in Mingyu's otherwise secretive, chaotic world. But there was a danger Mingyu hadn't revealed to Wonwoo.....yet..... "Mingyu, Please... stop looking at me like that." Mingyu didn't move away. His reply came almost instantly, calm and infuriatingly composed. "But you're the one who asked me to keep my focus on you, didn't you?" "I'm just doing exactly what you told me to," Mingyu continued, his tone almost innocent. "Like a good student." "Mingyu... you know this is wrong." "And?" Mingyu asked, unfazed. "You're a student," Wonwoo said, forcing the words out. "And I'm your professor." "And?" Mingyu repeated, softer this time - not mocking, just waiting. "You're making me uncomfortable." Mingyu studied him for a moment, eyes searching Wonwoo's face as if weighing something unseen. "Am I?" he asked quietly - not convinced, not apologetic. Just curious. And that was what scared Wonwoo the most.

Crown Prince Kim Mingyu was ready to marry the perfect princess - gentle, obedient, and a flawless political match. But days before the wedding, Princess Jeon Eunah vanishes without a trace, leaving behind only a scandal and a kingdom's panic. The solution? Replace her with her older brother, Prince Jeon Wonwoo. At first glance, Wonwoo is everything Mingyu expected - soft-spoken, delicate, and far too pretty for his own good. Mingyu assumes he'll be easy to control... maybe even a little useful for running errands and keeping out of the way. But the "sweet" prince isn't sweet at all. Underneath that angelic smile is a sharp-tongued, unapologetically bratty royal who flips the script - making Mingyu fetch tea, polish crowns, and carry his load. Now the soon-to-be King of Solhaven finds himself hopelessly tangled in a marriage that's equal parts political disaster, royal power struggle, and slow-burning attraction. Because somewhere between the petty arguments, midnight demands, and stolen glances... Prince Wonwoo is stealing more than Mingyu's authority - he's stealing his heart.

"What kind of creep are you? Stalking your own cousin?" Wonwoo looks up from his phone to see a tall man, dressed in basketball shorts and a jersey, his face flushed and breath heavy. "Sorry? Are you talking to me?" Wonwoo asks, pointing at himself. "Yes! You! Stop stalking Jia. Stop stalking my girlfriend!" Wonwoo freezes, his hands gripping his phone tightly, before he lunges forward, throwing his fist right into the other boy's jaw. "Why the hell are you referring to my girlfriend as yours?"
