Calico never had a good life until she found Hogwarts. Her parents were traveling sales-men (or as she called them Con-artists), and she never had a place that was solid. Constantly moving around for new business (so the feds didn't catch them) was taking a toll on her, especially since this was when she was still young. The day the Hogwarts letter came was a whole new game changer. Suddenly, she had friends, a stable place to live, and a house, Slytherin. Her two friends, Pansy and Astoria, never left her side as they battled through 5 years of school together. At the start of 6th year, Pansy is raving about her current boyfriend, Draco Malfoy. Calico had never noticed him before, despite him being in the same house. Maybe a few glances here and there, and an odd rumor here and there, but never a full inspection. As the year starts and His and Pansy's relationship take a more serious turn, Calico wonders if she's a horrid friend. Because she has the biggest crush on Draco freaking Malfoy and as it seems to her, it's becoming more and more apparent. Draco thought, never even spares her a glance and she wonders if maybe she should just give up on hoping. She manages to hide it from Pansy, but she's not sure she can much longer...
