These rumors suggest that he was aggressive towards former classmates in his past. He thought his classmates would believe him instead of the lies, instead, they went along with the rumors due to the fact that they only got close to him due to his connection with All Might. As such, with the teachers believing him, Midoriya decides to leave and attend the #1 hero school in the world located in America. Lets follow the story of how Midoriya becomes the Hero of Hope; The Paragon and creates new bonds with his classmates and Hero's in America. -------------------- This may have some smut later and I will try to keep updating as soon as I can. --------------------- Also, I do find errors and fix them when I can. Izuku Midoriya is a man of many talents. He is smart, charming, and can handle his hot-headed boyfriend better than anyone else. But despite his many talents, there's one simple thing that the hero society can't accept him for. That is simply the fact that he was born, along with 20% of the population, without a quirk. Izuku's lifelong dream has been to be a hero. But because of his quirkless nature, he was denied his spot in U.A. High. Sure he could've been part of the hero support teams or even quirk studies, but he couldn't see himself working alongside the heroes without being one himself. So he became a different kind of hero. Kaminari Denki, the class' idiot, or so everyone thought. Kaminari Denki, a child prodigy, with an outstanding IQ of 197, at just the simple age of 6! What happens when the class find out that the classmate that they continuously teased about being last in grades, happens to be the smartest person in the class, hell maybe even smartest out of all the second years at UA High School.

Mina eavesdrops on a phone call of Midoriya's and hears him arguing with someone. Izuku has friends outside of UA and a phone call with one of them gets horribly misunderstood. The will be added characters but only one of them will have a name and quick description. The rest will not have names of descriptions or matter much so you don't have to worry about memorizing the stuff of other people you don't care about.
