On a quiet Summer night a huge storm descended upon the shores of the Mist Continent, near Noe Town. As the huge downpour accompanied by enormous winds and thunder laid siege upon the beaches, from the eye of the storm a bright beam of light rose above piercing the clouds, dispersing the storm, thus putting an end to the damages the locals would've needed to suffer otherwise. How did it happen? Where did it come from? What was it exactly? That's what this story is about to tell. Light in the Night is a story about Zelgius, the Umbreon researcher trying to find a connection between the Mystery Dungeons and the very stars shining down upon us from above. On his field trip to an uncharted point on the Misty Sea, he's accompanied by Dragonslayer Altina, and her group of mercenaries for hire. However, coming from two radically different life situations, clashes are unavoidable. But with enough patience, understanding, and perseverance there's no challenge these Mon can't take... right? Will they overcome their differences? Can they manage to survive the trip, and come back in one piece?
