A story based off of the game: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time/Darkness, where the main protagonists Charmander and Pikachu explore many dungeons and unravel many mysteries and face against evil Pokemon. They will discover lots about the Pokemon world they live in, and the key to finding out about Charmander's unknown past. Three years ago, Lucas got a call to head down to the town's forest called Weird Woods. He meets there his best friend, Cord, where after going to the epicenter of the forest, he disappears right in front of him. Today, Lucas decides to play the game Cord left for him: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. After finally finishing the game 100%, he gets some sleep, unbeknownst to him that his life will change forever. Lucas, now a Pikachu, tries to find his way back home, while also meeting Pokemon-former friends and new ones. But a evil organization comes out of nowhere and wants to take over! And with a certain Legendary asking for their help, Lucas' group is the only one who can stop them. How do I know this? My name is Lucas, and this story is just the beginning. But one day, as she's walking to school, Millie comes across an abandoned Popplio. Her wish ends up coming true, and she embarks on a journey across Alola. Alex, a human turned Pokémon, is thrust into a world of mystery and danger where his every step uncovers a growing dark force threatening to consume everything. As he journeys through unfamiliar lands, he must embrace new perspectives, forge unbreakable bonds, and face the harsh judgment of a region that blames him for its chaos. Shadows of a power tied to balance and order loom over the mayhem, forcing Alex to confront truths that could shape the fate of an entire world-or shatter it forever.

You would think that pokemon fans would be ecstatic to have the ability to turn into pokemon. But the truth is that reality is a lot more complicated and messy than that. A young adult named Alex has to learn that the hard way as he and the rest of the world must adapt to the real world suddenly having pokemon in it with zero warning.
