Sprout and Cosmo are best friends, who were first brought together by Shelly, a sweet girl who is close with both of them. But then.. feelings start to develop between the two. But with some help from Astro and Vee, she finds a way to help Sprout and Cosmo at the same time.

The unexpected accident cause chance to fell into coma. He believes everything in the dream is not real and he would wake up, but months he was still there so he stay there not dreaming going back. With his friend mafioso they made a place called home, but one day chance woke up finding out he was in coma. He had reconnected with his friends, will mafioso find chance again?
