Eamane was lost as the second child of Elrond. Gandalf found her, took her in and raised her as his own; teaching her the elven ways. But, he concealed the elf part of her with magic. Now she has joined Thorin Oakenshield in his quest of the Desolation of Smaug. But can someone reveal the elf within?

Areya, a young Elf, has escaped Mirkwood, only to find that outside of the kingdom, the world is frightening and different. When she is brought to Laketown by a mysterious man by the name of Bard, she wonders if leaving Mirkwood was the right choice to make. Meanwhile, a company of dwarves journeys to Erebor to try and take back their mountain kingdom from a dragon.
