Yes, I know, another story. This one showed up in my head about a week ago and it will not go away until I wrote it down. I couldn't even write my other stories because this one would not go away. Rhaenyra and Daemon slept together during their trip to the pleasure house and Rhaenyra gets pregnant. Viserys gives Rhaenyra an ultimatum and she makes the wrong choice. Daemon takes Visenya to Essos, where he raises her alone. Visenya Targaryen grows up away from Westeros. Daemon gets a letter from Rhaenys asking for his help and he and Visenya return to Westeros where she meets her uncle Aemond. Like mother, like daughter, but unlike Rhaenyra Visenya has no intention of giving up the man she loves for anything. This story will not follow the TV show or the book timeline. This is a love story where the dance of the dragons does not happen. In this story, Alicent married Viserys when Rhaenyra was 8 years old and Aemond is born when Rhaenyra is 12.

After the death of Queen Aemma, Rhaenyra is left to navigate the dangerous waters of court politics while mourning her mother. Daemon returns to King's Landing, having spent time in exile, and offers his support to Rhaenyra. Together, they plot to solidify her claim to the Iron Throne. "A blood moon?" Daemon asked, holding his firstborn in his arms. When he heard of his daughter's birth he had left the Red Keep instantly. "Yes my prince." Lady Sheila confirmed. "The smallfolk are whispering of a Targaryen born under a blood moon." "They should." Daemon said. "In our culture, being born under a blood moon is a sign of greatness." The Gods aren't happy with how things are going with the House of the Dragon, so they send Rhaenyra a few dreams to make her realize the danger she is in. Rhaenyra realizes how horrible of a sister she has been and decides to change things. She will be smarter when playing the Game of Thrones and show her uncle that while she loves him she isn't someone to play with.
