The afterlife is a unique and sometimes dangerous place, especially if you landed yourself in Hell. Such is the case with Zero, whose father, his workers and ex-lover had betrayed him and left him for dead. A deal had cost him to lose everything he cared about in life, and was condemned for the sin of murder, enslaved in chains by a cruel Overlord named Cassandra, Zero was her favorite pet for 10 years. However, after breaking free, taking her down, and stealing her powers and status, Zero struck out on his own. He would use his powers to hunt down the absolute worst Hell had to offer, even if he spent eternity doing so. After nearly another decade of earning the moniker as "The Slayer", all while dodging the exterminations, he learns of the Hazbin Hotel and of Charlie Morningstar's plans for redemption. He then ponders the insanity of her idea, and whether or not it's possible for a sinner to be redeemed and ascend to Heaven. But more importantly, can HE be forgiven for his sins? Or will he continue to burn?
