Sonic and the gang are back in High School and are going on a camping trip - mandatory to graduate from grade 12. Shadow and his friends Maria the hedgehog, Rouge the bat and Rock the unicorn are constantly butting heads with Sonic and his friends Knuckles the echidna, Amy the hedgehog and Tails the fox (who is now magically the same age as the others. Shhhh....). All the while Sonic and Shadow must hide their feelings from everyone around them - including each other.
