When Jackson is given a chance to work, he takes it. The only information he received was that it was a job at a mansion, and the people there would employ him and give him a room to stay in. His life is flipped completely upside down when he learns fantasy is nonfiction and the owners are real life vampires. Thrusted into centuries old family drama, and on the cusp of the overthrow of a vampiric government, Jackson has to learn how to behave for the sake of his caretakers. Nowhere is truly safe and almost no one can be trusted.
