Collab with @LORAINEJD The authors created this story for the EC Writing Contest. Seraphina was born with a shadow that could speak to her, but no one else could hear or see it. Even at her young age (early to mid-teens), she shows strength and wisdom, as her soul is old and has lived numerous lives. This young woman was initially born into a coven, where they bound her soul with magic, making her a witch. Sadly, since her soul was so young and naive, she fell under the spell of corruption, making one bad judgment after another, hurting all in her way or those she felt had wronged her. In her present life, Seraphina has to endure the pain of discovering what she did in previous lives, the evil she had become at one time. Will she be able to correct the choices made in the past while also changing the future her previous self had set her on? A Fantasy/Teen/YA story created and written by @LORAINEJD and @AprilJester.

An existence revered even by gods themselves grows bored-and decides to retire. After stepping away from divinity, he is reborn as Wright, a mortal in a fragile fantasy world. Inspired by the slow, peaceful lives he once read about in manga, Wright sets out to enjoy an otherworldly retirement: a small house in the forest, a garden to tend, good food to eat, and absolutely zero responsibility for the fate of reality. Or at least, that's the plan. This is the story of the quiet, everyday life of a manga-obsessed former god-trying to live slowly in a world that can't quite handle him.

After his reincarnation into a world that blends reality with video game elements, Alex, a former recluse, uncovers a troubling aspect of his new world: slavery is permitted. Despite his ethical reservations, he is enthralled by the chance to finally end his years of quiet, lonely suffering when he meets the beautiful and powerful slave girl named Yua. And it just so happens that she's up for sale. Giving into temptation, Alex spends nearly all the gold he has to his name to acquire her, he realizes just how disastrous his hasty decision truly was, and not merely due to his own troubled conscience. Now, Alex is compelled to exhaust himself fighting in the dungeons beneath the Great City of Amoranth to earn more gold and to secure Yua's safety, as her former master has threatened her life (and Alex's) should he fail to repay the debt he incurred from her purchase. Trying to do right by her, even while dealing with her unending sass, he struggles to maintain what he now holds very dear. At the same time, Yua grapples with her perception of Alex, wondering if he embodies the same type of brutal and unforgiving master she always feared would one day claim her, even though deep down, she suspects she already knows the answer. https://twitter.com/LethalBacon115 patreon.com/LethalBacon

Thirty-something office drone and full-time K-drama addict Mira Park has always mocked the ridiculous tropes of isekai manhwas - long-lost princesses, magical soulmates, reverse harems with brooding sword boys and smirking mage types. Please. As if life hands out glittering destiny and shirtless sorcerers. Then she gets hit by a truck. (Seriously? Truck-kun? That's the best the universe could come up with?) Now Mira's waking up in a pastel-pretty fantasy world, mysteriously gorgeous and inexplicably central to the plot. Suddenly, she's being courted by a collection of impossibly handsome men who all talk like they're reading from a bad fanfic. There's a magical house, a missing dragon egg, and yes - dramatic music plays whenever someone confesses their undying love. The worst part? She might actually like it here. Armed with sarcasm, zero survival skills, and an alarming amount of cleavage, Mira's determined to find a way home... or at least figure out why the local "God" is stalking her like a Netflix narrator. But if she's stuck in this world, she might as well rewrite the rules. After all, why pick just one male lead when you can have them all?

Zuma Redman Eze, a towering, dark-skinned, ex-Marine and Nigerian-American with cornrows, gets yanked from his shit life in the U.S. into a generic fantasy world alongside 24 confused Japanese high schoolers. There's magic, royalty that looks like they were drawn by discount anime bootleggers, and a whole bunch of languages he doesn't understand. Unlike the teens, Zuma doesn't give a damn about any "Demon Lord" nonsense. He wants food, answers, and someone to explain why the hell he's not back in bed. This ain't your typical isekai-this one's got PTSD, culture clashes, and enough cussing to make a pirate blush.
