After the Events of Ultra Sun and Moon, Necrozma goes Berserk and starts to uses the power of the wormholes to send Pokemon and a girl to the Shinobi world. Now Ninjas and Pokemon must work together to fix things and save the world, while having fun of course.

Takes place after the events of the HUGtto! Pretty Cure♡Futari wa Pretty Cure: All Stars Memories Movie. After a year has passed from their last adventure, 53 Pretty Cures and 28 mascots went to go see The Super Mario Bros. Movie together in the movie theaters. Once they saw the whole movie from start to finish, Miyuki convince everyone to find a green Warp Pipe in the underground sewers to see if it's real. But it turns out, it was real which caught everyone by surprise.
