During a raid of a illegal experimentation site, A 6 year old child is found by the heroes, imprisoned in a cell and chained to the wall. They learn that the child was experimented upon and has a dangerous quirk and if left in the wrong hands can cause a lot of chaos and destruction. The child along with others are rescued and taken from the base.

There is a high schooler named Frestial who joins Wellston High towards the end of the second year, but he has a secret. Frestial is just a cripple, but trains rigorously as to make people believe that he is a god tier who doesn't like to use their power. He pretends that his passive ability is being really strong. Under this disguise of a god tier, he gains the respect of Arlo. However, there was one person who figured him out, and his name was John. He became friends with the fellow "cripple" and is seen as a nice person around the school. Then all of a sudden, he gains a very powerful ability and has to make choices. Should he tell John? Should he dethrone Arlo, the King or Blyke, the Jack? Find out
