Annabeth defected. No one believed it. Right when they needed her most. She was key in all of their defenses. She left them nothing. Not so much as a good bye. After the Second Giant War Annabeth leaves Percy for immortality. Percy's heart turns ice cold after the "love of his life" leaves him.
