After eventually being captured, he was tried, and sentenced to a lengthy term in a high grade security prison in Southern California. Not long after his arrival, (Y/N) was given an offer and a chance at at freedom. An organization called the SDN had just begun recruiting for their newest initiative: The Phoenix Program. A special rehabilitation program run by the Superhero Dispatch Network where ex-supervillains and anti-heroes sign up to help out SDN subscribers. From all of the applicants, (Y/N), and 8 former villains were selected to form the Z-Team. Due to bad behavior, flakiness, insubordination, and a damn near refusal to work together-it wasn't long until the program came to the verge of being shutdown.
