When Lars Ulrich first moved to America, he was given a few small cardboard-bound journals his mother made to document his teenage life there. When he got them, he wrote in them every day he could and did this from 1980 up to until 1989, when the journal pages ran out completely. Now, in 1991, James was going through some of Lars' stuff and found them, then began reading them. Soon enough, he found himself swallowed by the entries, not being able to put each journal down when he read them.

(This was my first story I wrote, it really sucks) You're just a regular Metallica fan of the 80's. you see Metallica is coming to your city, so you and your roommate Jess get tickets, but she had a surprise for you. Slight issue, that surprise ends up spiralling into a new relationship, and some bumpy friendships for you.

One summer, the Metallica boys were bored. So they decide to go on a road trip. But, a storm happens. And they have to take shelter in a little cabin, deep in the woods. Little do they know, that cabin is haunted by a demonic entity, who will make their lives a living hell, causing possessions, deaths, and suffering among the four boys. As things go crazy, romance blossoms and horror ensues.

When 17 year old Kirk Hammett gets sent to boarding school by his parents, he expects just a random school... but he got something that is so much worse...a cult. Jewel, a basically average girl in the 80's, aside from having a "cool" brother, Dave Mustaine. Trying to find new music to listen to was quite a hassle, since often new stuff just wasn't for her. Going to a bar to see if she could find any new bands was one of her favourite activities. A new neighbour of hers was a new guy there she always sees at the bar now, a tall blonde guy with ocean blue eyes, always catches her eyes.
