Azalea's parents owned an illegal drug trading business and their "friends" were just their customers. Azalea excelled in academics and sports, hoping for a way to escape her parents life style. This story takes place in a fantasy world, the land of Transesia. Constant struggle is common for the Demon and Human armies. One day, the High king of the humans, Leon is told by his patrol knights that Demons scower the area disguised as humans using mimic spells. Leon decides to root them out, village by village. He would send knights and royal mages into each of the villages and create barriers at the cores of each village. Coincidentlly, Gralia along with a couple other villages didn't have cores in the center. Leon was informed of this and made the grim decision to genocide the villages to guarantee there were no Demonic spys. After everything, only a few spys were killed. The protagonist Chloe, a naive but determined teen seeks revenge and takes an unexpected path towards achieving her goal. I do not own the picture used for the cover.
