I've been really stressed with school lately and I have another story that's my main focus right now, but I'll come back to this when I'm in the right headspace to take it on :) A book appears out of nowhere along with a note from a secret author. They claim to know the darkest secrets of the (seemingly) happiest nation. What will they discover about his traumatic past and his ghastly present? Is he really okay? This is a Russia x America story for the Countryhuman Fandom. (Posted in 2025) ============== Some secrets are best left buried. One meeting was all it took for America to find himself in quite the bind. One rather touchy Russian tipsy off an insane amount of alcohol who couldn't tell a person from stone. One incident led to countless and with it, a secret that America himself finds becoming harder to hide from the prying eyes of those that care and the few that are more interested in the gossip of the Superpower Country. Unfortunately for them; America was born to lie. He'd done it from the very beginning and he wasn't planning to crack anytime soon.

Ahem* During a meeting a voice speaks up, a quick flash and the countries are somewhere different with a..... book in front of them....? What could these countries be hiding?

A selected bundle of nations is gathered after a mysterious letter involving America shows up at their door. Once they all arrived a light freezes time and they become trapped inside the frozen limbo they entered. On the table appears a book labeled "Alfred's Secrets" which naturally piqued their interest. What will they do? 18+ themes Trigger warnings will be applied to certain chapters (Honestly just running with the "diary" trope, just being more creative with it)

It was a normal nation meeting. They held one annually at least 3 times a year. However, this meeting ended up turning the world on their heads. Their parents, the ancients, who have long since passed on cannot stand to watch their children suffer. With this a plan is formed to help, even if only just a little. A messenger from the ancients arrive with a book and wishes of happiness for the nations. They're stuck with no way out, in a space where time is separated from reality. They only have one way to leave, and that is to read. Through this book the true personality of the nations shine through.
